CCI Maintenance & Support Services


CCI provides all of our customers with 24 x 7 x 365 remote monitoring and diagnostic services utilizing the most advanced testing and trouble reporting technology available.  Any errors or problems with your system are automatically transmitted and logged into our server and at the same time, sent to the closest service engineer in the field who can immediately render assistance through remote access or report on site in a short amount of time.   Customers also have access to our web based help desk and ticketing system where customers can log-in to submit a problem, issue of concern or service request; all of which is transmitted directly to a field service engineer for a fast response.  

We are so confident about the quality of the equipment and our installation that we provide total service and warranty coverage for one full year from the date of cutover on your equipment.    

Our web based help desk and ticketing system allows customers real-time access to manage and track current and past ticket requests in order to see first hand the time required for our engineers to correct a problem in the system along with supplying any parts needed.  We also offer two very unique service plans designed to save customers time and money.  These plans are for the purchase of "blocks of hours" that can be purchased in advance of service being needed, hours never expire and are described briefly below: 

  • The Pre-Pay Option - Customers pay up front for standard service requests they know they will use over time and the hours never expire, no matter how long you keep them.  This service offers blocks of hours in increments from 10-Hrs to 100-Hrs at greatly reduced rates for on-site service requests.  
  • The Pay-As-You-Go "Pre Scheduling Option" - This service plan is designed for customers who can schedule on-site service work several weeks or months in advance, helping CCI with scheduling our engineers in advance and providing the customer a reduced rate for contracted blocks of hours in increments from 10-Hrs to 100-Hrs.  Payment for this plan is paid for the hours used when the work is completed.   Again, helping both CCI and the customer.
  • Emergency Service Requests - Same day or next day emergency on-site service is always billed at our standard hourly rate.
  • Moves, Adds & Changes - On site moves, adds or changes can use the block of hours described above or be billed at our standard rate if you do not have a block of hour to pull from.  Software moves, adds and changes are billed in half hour increments and rounded up to the next half hour using our standard technical rates.
